Your tasks:
Disciplinary and technical leadership for software development teams
Strategic and operational workforce planning to ensure future growth in software development including HC plannings, global location footprint and competence growths in BCC
Cross-assignments and resource planning
Budget responsible for the software development in the BCC location
Investment planning for the BCC location
Ensure project targets in timing, costs, and product quality
Escalation level for all software development topics
Close cooperation and stead..
