Stakelogic is an international IT company with its head office in Eindhoven. Outside The Netherlands, the offices are in Serbia (Belgrade), Malta (St. Julian’s), Isle of Man (Douglas) and Ukraine (Kiev). In total we have approx. 400 people, which of 20 are based in Belgrade.
We are a fast-growing company (in both revenue and headcount). In the next 2 years, we expect to double in size. Stakelogic is a so-called game studio that creates and operates online casino games for over 500 online casinos around the world. Stakelogic is best described as a high-end IT company, applying the latest technology. For the Belgrade office, we are in search of a QA Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Develop overall QA processes and approaches, and create technical documentation
- Plan the work and priorities for QA team, distributing tasks between team members
- Mentoring and supervising of QA Team
- Support in test execution planning and reporting
- Required testing time estimation
- Test documentation preparation (test plans, test cases/checklists, etc.)
- Requirements clarification and processing
- Help in development process organizing and monitoring
- Initiating and driving improvements
- Track QA team members efficiency
- Participate in interviews, training and performance evaluation of all QAs
- Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing
- Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
- Work with Line Managers to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals
Required Experience
- At least 5 years as hands-on Manager / Team leader
- Ability to manage projects with strict deadlines
- Excellent understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
- Excellent practical experience in testing of web, mobile and desktop applications
- Good knowledge of API testing
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
- Strong knowledge of web QA methodologies
- Experience in automated testing
- Experience in building of QA/QC processes, rules, policies and standards
- Experience with on-boarding and coaching of QA team members
- Service and teamwork orientation
- Proficient in a Unix/Linux environment
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies
- Proficient English skills (both written and spoken)
