WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- University degree or middle school degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant work experience
- Proactivity and dedication in communicating with colleagues and clients
- Analytical thinking, reliability, professionalism, precision in work and creativity
- Ability to communicate in English, German is a plus
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and tracking client systems, keeping statistics and analysis of log files
- Analyzing client requests
- Optimization of clients’ system infrastructure
- Writing system functional description, user and installation instructions
- On-site assistance and customer support
- Installation and configuration, monitoring and maintenance of the internal hardware infrastructure
- Creation and implementation of backup policy
- Education and training of clients
YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH
- Windows and Linux server administration
- Understanding application and/or web servers
- Network communications protocols
- Working with command line and scripting languages
- Working with virtual platforms (Vmware, Hyper-V)
- Working with databases (OracleDB, PostgreSQL)
