As Monitoring Support Engineer at Dataplan, You will be based in Belgrade, Serbia This position includes the following:


  • You will release patches on servers, workstations and network devices and follow up the results. Take action when needed: roll back patches, restart systems or services, ….
  • You follow up status tickets of backup, security, non-critical system tickets and respond with first level support to correct the issues.
  • You will use our installed RMM and PSA tool and escalate when needed to our second and third line support team
  • You will Install Microsoft on third party patches on remote servers / workstations and network devices on advice by use of our RMM patch-management tool
  • You will check afterwards of the systems are back online, all services as started and work correctly
  • You will take action to bring the systems online again in case of failure and by complex issues you forward it to our 2nd or third level support team.
  • You will follow up daily status tickets of backup, security and non-critical system tickets generated by our RMM tools and forward them to our support team when needed
  • You will provide information to our RMM and system engineers team about recurring issues


  • Experience or interest with Linux and Windows operating systems (server and workstation)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
